All companies and individuals operating a regular business in the UAE are subject to Corporate Tax, including Free Zone companies unless they have already been offered tax incentives and if they do not conduct their business in UAE mainland. However, Free Zone companies will have to file a corporate tax return. Foreign entities and individuals regularly transacting in the UAE, are also subject to such UAE corporate tax.
